SHIPPING
At Koch Greenhouse, we are able to accommodate all our customer’s requests when it comes to shipping our fresh cut and potted cymbidiums. You have the option to pick up your order at our greenhouse or have it shipped by courier, freight company, Greyhound or air.
Cut Cymbidiums
After a careful grading process the cut Mini’s Standard sprays are fitted with a water vial or placed in UFG buckets. For an extra charge and long distance shipping we fit each cut stem with a water vial and line strong shipping boxes with insulation material to help protect the flowers against damage and freezing.

Standard Cymbidiums
Packaged 6 stems per box for all markets and customers
Potted Cymbidiums
After grading each pot is sleeved, flower stems are staked and fitted with our care instruction tag.
For local customers 6 pots are placed in a cardboard tray, 96 plants per UFG wagon
For store direct or national shipping 6-6 inch pots are placed in strong shipping box.
